yes we played them in the Western League 2011-12 season, they were the first opponents of the current Merthyr Town FC in the FA Cup too! We lost 2-0 in an extra preliminary round tie at their ground in Devon in 2010.

I think you have your wires crossed Sol.

I think that was Willand Grace.

I remember going to Willand a couple of years ago around Christmas time, pretty sure we won 1-0 with Jack Howe scoring the winner

Yes that's right it was Sat Dec 17th 2011, Howe got the final touch after Traylor forced the ball towards goal, Willand were top of the league at the time, we went on to clinch the Western Lg Premier from Bitton that season.

Do not see the point of an early kick off plenty of time to get to Cardiff by 7.45

Not the most exciting of draws, I suppose. I've already clocked up 3 FA Cup games attended watching (Sussex League) Newhaven this season. Amazing come back on Saturday having gone a goal down in the first minute, and then letting Lewes (Ryman League, and ex-conference) take a 3-0 lead.

By 90 minutes it was 3-3 and Lewes lucky as they should have had their keeper sent off for hauling a player that would have gone on to score down as the last man (unfortunately just outside the box).

Anyway, I checked the fixtures out on the FA website and find that their link to "Merthyr Town" transfers you to a cute young oriental lady who seems to be advertising some sort of health/skin product. Have we got new sponsors?
