Didn't see the goal seemed like it was now you see perhaps you didn't, !!!!!
Have to give the lads credit give it all, can't understand how the board can expect supporters to pay £10.00 for a friendly against a side which will not mirror the league side which will feature against Newport!!!

Other than triallist Dominic Gape, Yeovil started with the side which began on Saturday against Bristol City- in other words, virtually what should be their first team, so Merthyr did well. Lots of subs from both teams after the break so it was more difficult to judge but all The Martyrs gave a good account.

Yes it was a mixture of first team players and academy players,so it looks like struggle again for them next season. On the ten pound entrance there were a lot of supporters complaining before and after the game,my personal point of view is if the proceeds of these games are going to Gavin to strengthen his squad fair enough,if not then it it is possibly a overcharge I feel the squad needs a couple of quality additions.I hasten to add this is just my point of view.

I suppose the same could be said for the Martyrs team that took on Wimbourne at the weekend. All clubs try out all sorts of players in friendlies. Surely that's what they are there for at this level.

Initially it was -
Clarke
Tancock
Davies
Evans
McDonald
Baggridge
Scotcher
Reffell
McLaggon
Bowen
Traylor

They were the players but I'm not sure of the numbers as I missed most of the 1st half. There were subs at half time and during the second half too numerous to remember.
