Frome Match Programme

Post  Merthyr Imp on Tue Feb 09, 2016 2:47 am

A few highlights from the programme for tonight's match:

* The 'Memory Lane' match features a game with Chris Holvey playing as a striker.

* 'They Played For Merthyr' - Phil Howells writes about England World Cup centre forward Gerry Hitchens

* Rob Clement reports on the international match that took place at Penydarren Park a few weeks ago.

* A Non-League Paper column on the subject of the big crowds that some non-league clubs are getting.

* Another picture quiz - can you identify the Merthyr player seen in his younger days?

Plus all the usual features, information and stats for an unnoticeable £2.00

Buy a copy and show your appreciation of the long hours of work Ian Landers puts in assembling the programme and also help the club financially.

Get your copy at the ground, or contact John Strand and command him to send you a copy by post: strand@salisburyclose.fsnet.co.uk

Back issues of this season's programme are also available from John. For previous seasons they may be available from Les Barlow - South Wales Football Programmes and Collectables - lbarlow1@hotmail.co.uk
